




EMD Millipore needed to revive sales of their cell culture media product and tout the benefits of animal-free products to scientists. The illustrations for this campaign using prominent figures in the history of microbiology to connect with scientists and lend credibility to the product. These characters were brought to life in animated conversations between Louise Pasteur, Robert Hooke, Gerti Cori and more played online and at trade shows. In addition, trivia cards with the faces of famous microbiology figures were distributed at trade shows. The campaign engaged the scientists in multiple touch points and boosted cell culture sales.
